In this 3h guitar class, you’ll learn the beat and the Bossa Nova strumm on the guitar. You can bring your guitar or we also have one that you can use, you decide.
You’ll choose 1 (from a list of 4 different) known and famous Bossa Nova songs for this practice and get as a gift the material, music sheet and figures, of the other 3 so you can learn and practice on your own.
Along the 3h class, our teacher will give you the method behind the Bossa Nova way to play the guitar, showing it and demonstrating in details, and also unfolding the feeling, the message of the lyrics and melody of the song and also the context of where and when it was composed or to whom it was dedicated. The class then will give you the tecnique but also the mood and the meaning of the song.

The class will be scheduled upon request according to your availability and the teacher.
This activity takes place at the teacher’s home studio (the exact address will be informed upon confirmation).
